At SleepWize, we do our best to ship your order as fast as we can. Products are typically shipped within two business days. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, order processing and shipping can take up to 10 business days.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. based fulfillment location. If you have not received your tracking number by the 10th business day, please contact us at support@mysleepwize.com.

Currently, we offer free shipping within the U.S. only, at this time.

We are not shipping to Canada at this time.
